&TLV Founder and Managing Partner, Adam Simantov, has over a decade of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, and finance
Prior to founding &TLV, Adam served as a Principal at Lemelbaum Capital, a privately held Venture Capital firm, where he generated and analyzed dealflow of prospected companies.
Prior to that, Adam worked at and for global and local investment banks and technology companies, including Vintage Investment Partners, a leading VC firm managing over $3B and the broadest exposure to Israeli startup companies
